Prices in MVR
What it costs.
The range is the engineering, for a scope agreed in writing before anything starts. What decides where inside it a job lands is written out below.
Development MVR 3,000 – 10,000
Maintenance MVR 1,100 – 2,900/month
Where you want us to keep looking after the system afterwards. It is not required to have the feature built.
MVR 3,000
A small, contained feature in a codebase that is readable and tested.
MVR 10,000
A feature that cuts across the system, in a codebase with no tests, no documentation and surprises in it.
What moves it up:
- How readable and how tested the existing code is
- How much of the system the feature touches
- Whether the database has to change, and what that does to existing data
- How the application is deployed and how risky a release is
- Whether anyone is still available to answer questions about it
Prices are starting estimates. Final pricing depends on confirmed scope and requirements. Third-party infrastructure and usage charges are billed to you by the provider, separately.

Both halves are published, because a list of everything included says nothing about the things it quietly leaves out.

- Review of the existing codebase and architecture
- The feature, implemented to fit the system it is in
- Testing against the parts of the application it touches
- A safe deployment of the change
- Notes on what we found along the way
What's not
- Rewriting the parts of the system we did not touch
- Fixing unrelated problems we find, unless you ask us to
Who it's for
A real quote needs a look at the code first. Until we have seen it, the range is the honest answer rather than a number we would have to revise.
